Outline proposals were prepared for Woolley park country estate to support a planning application to transform a pig farm to a country house retreat.

The proposals included improved  access onto Wellhill Road to create a sweeping driveway to the house.
Historic field patterns were to be restored and a pond for wildlife, visible from the Wellhill Road, dew pond and wildlife reserve introduced. Warren Plantation, an existing deciduous wood was to be extended and a parkland setting created to nestle the house into the landscape.

Other landscape features included a ha-ha, walled gardens, herbaceous borders, tennis court, swimming pool, knot garden, and species rich grassland.
