Outline landscape design proposals for a new country estate and manor house with equestrian facilities in a parkland setting have been developed to transform an estate with dilapidated buildings to become a new stately home.

The proposals include a tree lined avenue leading to a 15,000 sq ft residence complete with staff accommodation and stables. The grounds include a ha-ha, formal gardens, walled kitchen garden, lake, tennis court, swimming pool, paddocks, woodland, parkland and a separate entrance for staff.

The existing woodland is to be opened up to create glades for deer and wildlife, and rides for shooting. Existing habitats are to be managed to conserve and enhance biodiversity.
