Proposals for a major redevelopment of an existing secondary school in Havant.

The existing 1960’s school was in a poor state of disrepair but needed to remain open whilst the new buildings were constructed and others re-clad.

A number of work shops were organised with pupils, staff and governors to ensure their voices were heard and requirements incorporated into the proposals.

Following completion of the building work, the existing school was demolished and a series of new outdoor social spaces, bus loop, car park and community gardens were created.

A new floodlit 3G pitch was constructed as part of the re-development, together with a new footpath link to the south to provide access for children approaching the school from surrounding neighbourhoods.
