Creating Place was appointed to prepare landscape design proposals to support a planning application for a new contemporary private dwelling located within the South Winchester AONB. The proposals also integrated an existing Grade II Listed barn conversion into the scheme.
The design takes advantage of the site’s natural topography creating a series of terraces and gardens which cascade down the landscape presenting views across the ANOB.
The dwelling has been designed by nationally recognised and multi-award winning architects Design Engine, and is currently under construction as a self build and includes a croquet lawn, water rills, infinite pool, natural swimming pool with spa and sauna, orchard and formal gardens.
