A landscape impact assessment was prepared to supplement a planning application to provide an equestrian facility within the South Hampshire Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

 

The report addressed the network of public footpaths which ran close to the site, assessed the likely impact of the proposals upon individual properties and key views towards the development.

 

Planning approval was granted in 2007.
