A landscape impact assessment was prepared to supplement a planning application to demolish an existing dwelling and replace it with a more substantial 4500 sq ft house with associated buildings located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

 

The report considered the network of public footpaths which ran close to the site, assessed the likely impact of the proposals upon individual properties and key views towards the development.
