Landscape proposals were prepared to support a planning application to demolish an existing dwelling and replace it with three 2400 sq ft detached houses. Part of the application site lay within a SINC supporting a number of protected species, which were protected throughout the course of development. TPO’d trees along the southern boundary were also protected, and root protection zones avoided by carefully positioning underground services and hardstandings.

Permission to develop was granted in 2007, and the artwork prepared by Creating Place was included within the agent’s sales particulars for marketing purposes.
